Terms of Sales
- We do not offer free trial periods.
- We do not offer refunds.
- The price for our products and services are listed on the Website and are subject to change at our discretion unless stated otherwise.
- All purchases are to be paid in full before we release the products and services to our customers.
- Customers should receive the products and services that they purchase within 24 hours of payment received except for services that have a specific start date.
- Our customers have an option to purchase a membership or purchase products and services through an a la cart menu via debit or credit card. The a la cart option is a future option.
- Memberships are to be paid annually by debit or credit card. Once a customer purchases a membership, they will automatically be set up on an annual auto renewal.
- If they would like to cancel their membership, they will need to cancel their membership 3 business days before their next renewal date by sending an email to info@MINDMOVE.co with their first name, last name, email address used for membership, and the reason they would like to cancel.
- If they would like to upgrade their membership, they will need to select the upgrade button and complete the process.
Entire Agreement
The Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Sale constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Mentality Movement™, LLC regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
