Meet the Founder

Nicole Mott

Nicole Mott is the founder/owner of Mentality Movement™, LLC, a professional and personal development company designed to teach others how to implement self-development, focusing on closing the gap between thought and action by eliminating barriers to achieve desired goals faster at an affordable price. She is also the Director, Sales Enablement at Exterro, a data risk management company. Prior to Exterro, she was the Sr. Manager, Global Field Enablement at OneTrust, a privacy and security software company, responsible for strategizing, planning, and improving Sales New Hire Onboarding and leading a team to implement strategy. Before starting at OneTrust, she was the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at FIZYX, LLC, an alternative investment company, with responsibility for general operations, investor relations, compliance, and human resources. Prior to launching Mentality Movement and joining FIZYX, she worked in the medical device industry and held many positions under sales operations. She was the Global Director of Intuitive Surgical’s Business School, where she directed the Leadership Development Programs.

With almost two decades of experience in sales, project management, sales operations, training, managing, leading, and developing individuals and teams, Mrs. Mott has a proven track record and has demonstrated many skills sets in sales operations, sales, training, manager, and director positions. ​She is a tenacious business builder who is motivated by accomplishment. Her lifestyle is goal-oriented, and she has a deep commitment to success. Others describe her as an achiever who is a driven, reliable, collaborative, and hardworking individual with enormous capacity who thrives in a fast paced, highly efficient environment that focuses on effective execution. The capacity that she has built is reflective of her work optimization, process-oriented, preparation, and project management skills.

​Mrs. Mott’s core competencies include work optimization, project and program management, strategic planning and execution, management including coaching and mentoring, leadership and sales professional development, training, and teamwork and collaboration. Her greatest strengths are her drive, passion, analytical and process-oriented thinking style, creativity, and leadership. With her diverse background, Mrs. Mott knows what it takes to build and manage an organization that is focused on true execution to achieve the highest level of performance in the least amount of time.

Since the inception of her career, she was recognized for many performance achievements and professional behaviors. Most recently, she authored the book “The Undeniable Power of Movement”. She took on a huge challenge to learn a new industry as quickly as possible by studying and passing the 1-65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination. Before starting her own company, she was awarded Intuitive’s Commercial Learning MVP and President’s Club and received the Intuitive Surgical Making a Difference award within only 18 months of hire date. She holds a facilitator certification in Coaching with GROW® and Command of the Message as well as several certifications in leadership, lean six sigma, project management, training, and coaching. Mrs. Mott thrives in an environment that enables her to creatively problem-solve challenges while having autonomy to maintain a healthy work/life balance. She practices mindfulness via exercise and focus, which drives her high emotional intelligence.

Mrs. Mott also serves in her community. She has volunteered at soccer clubs, the children’s ministry at church, and HOA board. Currently, her and her family sponsor a young boy in Uganda.

Mrs. Mott holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from University of Florida and an MBA from University of Phoenix. She resides in Georgia with her husband, two children and dogs. In her free time, Mrs. Mott loves to watch her boys play college soccer, enjoy outdoor activities with her family and friends, and experience the world by traveling with her family to new places.
