Define the Purpose
Defining the purpose for what is being asked of you to do or what you need/want to accomplish is not always easy. Depending on the situation, you may need to sit in silence, dig deep within, and be open to all possibilities while keeping the end goal in mind. Without a purpose, motivation levels will likely be low, which leads to slow or no movement. This may indirectly affect your happiness and health.
Research reveals that approximately 25% of adult Americans believe that having a clear sense of purpose is what makes their lives meaningful, and people with a purpose tend to live longer.

Reduce Distractions
If too many distractions are present, you may start to lose motivation leading to slow or no movement and less desired outcomes. Two types of distractions are distractions that one can control such as emotions and distractions that one cannot directly control such as policies and laws.
