By using starter resources for more timely self-development and goal achievement.
“If our purpose in life is to serve and we are fulfilling our purpose, we will automatically elevate others.”
“Without structure, time management, and processes, we may struggle to act, to handle a high workload and to reach higher levels of achievement.”
“Self-Motivation will not always be present, and to continue to move forward, we must be focused and self-disciplined.”
“Time is special, don’t waste it on inefficient, non-important activities.”
After many years in coaching, management, and leadership development, the number one complaint that I receive is “I don’t have time…” and the most observed behavior is too many individuals not acting on tasks, projects, and or goals. These individuals have inspired me to do more research and find a solution that would help elevate others to achieve their desired goals faster.
Another person that has been a huge inspiration in my work is my oldest son. At the age of 8, he was diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome. Tourette’s Syndrome is a neurological disorder that causes involuntary motor and verbal tics. Despite the many uncontrollable distractions that Tourette’s causes, he was able to reach the highest level in soccer at the age of 13, which was the academy team for the local Major League Soccer team, and a few years later reached his goal to start as a freshman on a D2 soccer team. He is a perfect example of how implementing self-development focusing on the Essentials for Movement can help an individual reach higher levels of achievement faster.
I have a very diverse background and I hope to use my research and experience to elevate others so they can reach their goals and dreams just like my son.
